Reflara'u kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen kullanmadan önce bu metni dikkatlice okuyun.
1. Yaş Sınırlaması
Reflara, App Store'da 4+ yaş sınıfındadır. 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir. Ücretli Reflara Pro aboneliğini satın almak için 18 yaşında olmanız ya da yasal velinin açık onayına sahip olmanız gereklidir.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
Reflara, iPhone için bağımsız (standalone) bir çift en-boy oranlı kamera uygulamasıdır; tek bir çekimi aynı anda hem dikey 9:16 hem yatay 16:9 olarak kaydetmeye odaklanır. Sunulan başlıca özellikler:

Manuel pro kontroller (ISO, enstantane hızı, odak, beyaz dengesi, pozlama)

Renk lookları (look profilleri) ve .cube LUT içe aktarma
Izgara, seviye göstergesi ve çekim yardımcıları
Tüm çekim ve işleme cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak gerçekleştirilir; içeriğiniz sunucularımıza yüklenmez. Reflara bir akış (feed), sosyal ağ veya içerik barındırma hizmeti değildir; hesap gerektirmez.
3. Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme
Reflara'ın tek premium katmanı Reflara Pro'dur; aylık ve yıllık olmak üzere iki seçenekle sunulan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme Apple App Store üzerinden tahsil edilir ve Apple Kimliği hesabınıza işlenir.
Ücretsiz deneme: Yalnızca uygun kullanıcılara 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur. Apple kuralı gereği her Apple hesabı bu deneme hakkını yalnızca bir kez kullanabilir; aynı abonelik grubunda daha önce deneme kullandıysanız bu hak geçerli değildir. Deneme sonunda iptal etmezseniz, abonelik seçtiğiniz plan ve fiyat üzerinden ücretli olarak başlar.
Otomatik yenileme: Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden en geç 24 saat öncesine kadar tahsil edilir.
İptal: Ayarlar > [Apple Kimliği] > Abonelikler yolunu izleyin. Reflara uygulaması içinden doğrudan abonelik iptali yapılamaz (Apple politikası). Mevcut dönem sona erene dek Pro özellikleri aktif kalmaya devam eder.
Fiyat değişikliği: Apple fiyat değişikliklerinde gerekli bildirimi yapar; değişikliği kabul etmezseniz aboneliğiniz yenilenmez.
3.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro Özellik Ayrımı
Ücretsiz plan: Temel kamera işlevleri ve fotoğraf/video çekimi.
Reflara Pro: Çift en-boy oranlı çekim (tek çekimde hem 9:16 hem 16:9), tam manuel pro kontroller, 4K ve 240 fps’e kadar ağır çekim, ProRAW (DNG) ve 48 MP fotoğraf, tam sinematik look paketi ve .cube LUT içe aktarma. Pro özelliklerinin tam listesi ve sunulan plan/fiyatlar uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Reflara'u kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:
Yasalara uygun çekim: Çekim yaptığınız kişi ve mekânlara ilişkin yerel mahremiyet, rıza ve görüntü kaydı yasalarına uyun. Yasadışı, taciz edici veya aldatıcı içerik üretmeyin.
Telif hakkı uyumu: Çekimlerinizde yalnızca kendinize ait ya da gerekli lisansı aldığınız materyalleri kullanın.
Gerçek bilgi: Uygulamayı veya Apple'ı aldatmaya yönelik yanıltıcı bilgi vermeyin.
Hesap güvenliği: Apple Kimliği bilgilerinizi güvende tutun; Apple Kimliğiniz üzerindeki abonelik etkinliklerinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Kullanıcı, Reflara ile çektiği fotoğraf ve videoların tüm fikri mülkiyet haklarını elinde tutar. Reflara, kullanıcı içeriği üzerinde herhangi bir hak iddia etmez ve bu içeriği barındırmaz.
5. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Reflara, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Reflara, aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanabilecek doğrudan ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:
Kullanıcı verilerinin veya çekimlerinin kaybı ya da bozulması
Geçici hizmet kesintileri
Kullanıcının yanlış veya hukuka aykırı kullanımından doğan sonuçlar
Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki aksaklıklar
Her koşulda Reflara'ın toplam sorumluluğu, kullanıcının son 12 ay içinde Reflara için ödediği abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır. Türk Tüketici Kanunu'nun tüketiciye tanıdığı zorunlu haklar bu sınırlamadan etkilenmez.
6. Apple App Store'a Özel Hükümler
Apple Inc., bu kullanım koşullarının tarafı değildir ve Reflara ile kullanıcı arasındaki sözleşmeden doğan hiçbir yükümlülük altında değildir.
Reflara'ın bakım, teknik destek veya güncelleme sağlanmasına yönelik yükümlülük Apple'a değil, geliştiriciye aittir.
Yasal garanti kapsamındaki talepleri Apple değil, Reflara'ın geliştiricisi karşılar.
Ürün sorumluluğu, fikri mülkiyet uyumu ve geçerli yasal düzenlemelere uyum yükümlülüğü geliştiriciye aittir.
Apple, bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf yararlanıcısıdır ve şartları uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
7. Hesap ve Veri Silme
Reflara herhangi bir hesap kaydı gerektirmez; uygulama tamamen anonim olarak kullanılabilir. Verilerinizi silmek için:
Çekimleri sil: Reflara ile galerinize kaydettiğiniz fotoğraf ve videoları iOS Fotoğraflar uygulamasından silin.
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun çerçevesinde tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında aşağıdaki sıra uygulanır:
Doğrudan iletişim: Önce contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazarak çözüm aranır (genelde 7 gün içinde yanıt).
Tüketici Hakem Heyeti: 2026 yılı için parasal sınır altındaki uyuşmazlıklarda (yıllık Bakanlık tarafından güncellenir), ikametgâhınızın bulunduğu ilçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuru zorunludur.
Tüketici Mahkemesi: Parasal sınır üstü uyuşmazlıklarda veya hakem heyeti kararı sonrası itirazda, ikametgâh veya tüketici işlem yerindeki Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir.
AB Online Uyuşmazlık Çözümü: AB'de ikamet eden tüketiciler için ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr platformu kullanılabilir.
Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır; güncel sürümü görmek için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.
Çektiğiniz içerik sizindir: Reflara ile çektiğiniz fotoğraf ve videoların tüm hakları size aittir; Reflara bu içerikler üzerinde hak iddia etmez ve içeriklerinizi hiçbir sunucuda barındırmaz.
Reflara markasına veya uygulama içi öğelere ilişkin bir telif hakkı ya da marka ihlali iddianız varsa, iddianızı ve dayanağını contact@lesmazer.com adresine iletin; geçerli bildirimler incelenir ve doğrulanan ihlaller sonraki sürümde giderilir.
By using Reflara, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using the app.
1. Age Restriction
Reflara is rated 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 are recommended to use the app under parental supervision. Purchasing a paid Reflara Pro subscription requires being 18 years of age or having explicit consent from a legal guardian.
2. Service Description
Reflara is a standalone dual-aspect camera app for iPhone, focused on saving a single shot at the same time as both a vertical 9:16 and a horizontal 16:9 file. Key features include:
Dual-aspect capture: one recording is stored as both vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9
Manual pro controls (ISO, shutter speed, focus, white balance, exposure)
Slow motion (slow-mo) and time-lapse
ProRAW (DNG) and 48 MP photo capture (on supported devices)
Color looks (look profiles) and .cube LUT import
Grid, level indicator, and capture aids
All capture and processing happens locally on your device; your content is never uploaded to our servers. Reflara is not a feed, social network, or content-hosting service, and requires no account.
3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Reflara's single premium tier is Reflara Pro, an auto-renewable subscription available as monthly and annual options. Payment is charged through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID account.
Free trial: A 3-day free trial is available to eligible users. Per Apple policy, each Apple account may use this trial only once; if you have previously used a trial within the same subscription group, you are not eligible again. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins as a paid plan at the price you selected.
Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically at the same duration and price. The renewal charge is collected up to 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: Go to Settings > [Apple ID] > Subscriptions. Cancellation cannot be performed directly within the Reflara app (Apple policy). Pro features remain active until the end of the current period.
Price changes: Apple will provide the required notice of any price changes; if you do not accept, your subscription will not renew.
3.1 Free vs Pro
Free plan: Core camera functionality and photo/video capture.
Reflara Pro: Dual-aspect capture (both 9:16 and 16:9 from a single shot), full manual pro controls, 4K and slow motion up to 240 fps, ProRAW (DNG) and 48 MP photos, the full cinematic look pack, and .cube LUT import. The full list of Pro features and the available plans/prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Reflara you agree to comply with the following rules:
Lawful recording: Comply with the local privacy, consent, and recording laws applicable to the people and places you film. Do not create illegal, harassing, or deceptive content.
Copyright compliance: Only use materials you own or have the necessary licence for in your recordings.
Accurate information: Do not provide misleading information intended to deceive the app or Apple.
Account security: Keep your Apple ID credentials secure; you are responsible for all subscription activity under your Apple ID.
Users retain full intellectual property rights over the photos and videos they capture with Reflara. Reflara makes no claim over user content and does not host it.
5. Limitation of Liability
Reflara is provided "as is" and "as available." Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Reflara shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:
Loss or corruption of user data or captures
Temporary service interruptions
Consequences of incorrect or unlawful use by the user
Disruptions in third-party services
In all cases, Reflara's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user for Reflara in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Apple App Store Specific Terms
Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and bears no obligations arising from the agreement between Reflara and the user.
Obligations regarding maintenance, technical support, and updates for Reflara rest with the developer, not Apple.
Statutory warranty claims are addressed by the Reflara developer, not Apple.
Product liability, intellectual property compliance, and adherence to applicable legal requirements are the developer's responsibility.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them.
7. Account and Data Deletion
Reflara does not require account registration; the app can be used fully anonymously. To delete your data:
Delete captures: Delete the photos and videos you saved with Reflara from the iOS Photos app.
To request deletion of subscription records on the server side, send an email to contact@lesmazer.com.
8. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over commercial disputes between the parties.
8.1 Consumer Dispute Resolution Sequence
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumer disputes follow this order:
Direct contact: First, write to contact@lesmazer.com for resolution (typically replied within 7 days).
Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti): For disputes below the annual monetary threshold (updated yearly by the Ministry), application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the consumer's place of residence is mandatory.
Consumer Court: For disputes above the threshold or appeals from arbitration decisions, the Consumer Court at the consumer's residence or place of transaction has jurisdiction.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
Your content is yours: You retain all rights to the photos and videos you capture with Reflara; Reflara claims no rights over your content and does not host it on any server.
If you believe the Reflara brand or an in-app asset infringes your copyright or trademark, email your claim and its basis to contact@lesmazer.com; valid notices are reviewed and confirmed issues are fixed in the next release.
